Automatic email notifications are built into the reporting website. When a user uploads an inspection, leaves an important note or sends you a message the proper parties will be notified. Communicate with clients, building owners, supervisors and anyone else who has a user name via the communications message board. All comments are stamped with a date and time and email notifications can be sent when new messages are posted.
